Gratis stopped updating statuses?

It seems as if so many people have received their item without a status change. First, the SHIPPED incident with FreeGamingSystems, then the STV for FreePhotoiPods. People that were STV shipped about 3 days later (and showed up on DHL), but didn't appear as SHIPPED. The same showed up for my FreeMiniMacs account today. So, if you're STV, don't worry, you'll probably ship in a week. It appears as if Gratis doesn't update as frequently.

if only my photo ipod account would go STV soon.....

I hear ya about the photo ipods, I'm still waiting for approval...

With so many people submitting support inquiries, it seems more than likely that Gratis employees are spending the majority of their work day wading through those. Believe it or not, Gratis employees are real people...with real 9-5 jobs. I understand the issue (I would certainly like to know when a $500 iPod is on its way), but would you rather it the other way around (your account says shipped, but your gift has not yet been shipped)?

LOL, FON, I'm not complaining, just stating for those people that are STV for like 3 weeks.
