Sometimes it depends on what sites you are doing them for. I've seen some credit instantly for Gratis and never for OC and the other way around.

Hydroderm, Ultraslim, MyDailyDose, and LifeDerma, all greened relatively quickly (2-3 business days at most) for me. I haven't done Stamps b/c I did it a long time ago, and I just signed up for Corticet so I don't know about that one.
