okay..

so i forgot to cancel that stupid premium thing at tickle.com and they dinged me $20.. i couldn't purchase the results either UNLESS i signed up for that stupid service

so i forgot and now i have a $20 charge. should i do a chargeback? I tried calling them but they were VERY unhelpful.

argh.

any ideas?

Technically, they have the right to charge your card as you agreed to their terms and conditions.

You could, however, make up some bs about your girlfriend signing up for your results after you took it and you not realizing it and her not realizing that it was a trial and how that if you get the chargeback you will probably use tickle in the future but that you can't use it right now.

Be SURE to include that you are REALLY interested in Tickle and all that it has to offer but that you are a little low on cash at the moment but plan to use the service in the very near future.

Yeah, selling it on ebay was a good idea. If you did a charge back the company would just send them a copy of their TOS and you wouldn't get anything. It's your fault, you didn't cancel, not theirs.

I just did the offer and got my results. I only got a 138. Maybe it was because it was 4am and I'm really tired. I know I should've gotten the couple that I missed.

Call your bank and dispute it.

Oddly enough I had this same problem, except when I called, they didn't have my membership on file. I used a paypal virtual debit card to purchase, but then she couldn't find the card, then she couldn't find the account I was registered too. So now I was charged $20 and I had 2 emails registered, BOTH of which had canceled, AND neither had active subscripitions in my lifetime. The girl tells me that no subscriptions are appearing, and then my card wasn't found after she didn't find any subscriptions??? So now I have a $20 charge and don't even know where it came from.
