A Nice Little Question about +1 Etiquette

Is it appropriate to nominate a noob [ib99377db2c](or anyone for that matter) [/ib99377db2c]
who went green first first for you, before you turn green for them??

I was under the impression that this was okay as long as they
quoted your post at a later date and returned the +1 nomination.

my trade points updated consistently. Unless the person I trade
with and I are on the same nomination page, my +1 seems to get lost
in the shuffle. Which makes sense if one person nominates one day
and then another 5 or 6 days later; the trades are a couple of pages apart.

Hence my reason for this topic, to see if mods frown on this....
