TiVo or Replay?

Here's the basic question which one is better and why?

I joined DVRs4free some time ago as part of a trade and I'm thinking about completing it. So, I'm trying to figure out which system to get once I get the necessary referrals. Any body have any information? I know I could look it up elsewhere, but I can be lazy at times.

Also, do you need to subscribe to a DVR service for both of them? I know you can get 6 months of TiVo on the DVRs4free site, but I didn't see one for Replay. If you do have to subsribe, any idea what it costs?

I believe neither of those boxes are worth $275 so I'd take the cash. If you want a box, get a Tivo, better interface and more updates. Both boxes cost 13.00 a month I believe. You have to subscribe.
