you cant say its legit because no one has gotten their $25 yet...so its all speculation right now
just because they are in a magazine does not make them "legit," i can create a fake business up, design a website, put out some press releases, and get the same kind of publicity that this greenzap thing has been getting
of course i'd like for it not to be a scam, but its highly unlikely that this site will be as advertised, only time will tell however

and for something to be slander OR libel, the words/text would have to be false, and everything on that site seems to be pretty well researched
