I am hearing that many people were charged by Appera a while back. I am going to call today and see how to fix this. My account would have been charged on April 28, that was the last day I had to call by. I placed my order on April 14, so 14 days from then was the 28th. I received a cancellation email from them on the 26th with a cancellation #. I was charged 90 dollars on the 28th.
I call them and they tell me I had to cancel by the 25th. why is that?? So they say they will call me back in the next 20 minutes. Yea, well....we shall see about that.
How did u guys get your money back from them? I've never opened the 3-month teeth crap.

lol.
i might get charged by petchews because they said I previously cancelled, when I hadn't.. I just left it at that.
If I get charged, I'll call them and tell them that my dog didn't even like the petchews. ( i dont have a dog)

lol, funny. But I'm serious. This is getting rediculous and they are saying they won't give my cash back.

be like how I was with AOHell.. aka firm. Don't back down, don't be a pushover.. yell at them if you have to, whatever it takes. They shouldn't have charged you, and they'll try to make you pay them, etc...

see, I used my paypal virtual cc for this one. Can I even file a complaint with paypal? I could say I didn't receive the rightful goods or something like that, right?

you shouldn't keep that much money on ur paypal account in this case. it would have autodeclined that charge if u had less than $90!

oh yes...I just got a call and I sent them my Cancellation #. They said to mark "RETURN TO SENDER" on the outside of the unopened package, and then send it back via USPS. They claim that if I write that on the outside of the box and drop it in the mail, I will not have to pay shipping.
Before I drop it in the mail...is that 100% accurate? I've heard of that before, but I've never actually done that.

they had a delivery confirmation put on the package. If I returned it like this, would the DC become active again? Just curious, cause I don't want this thing lost.

I doubt it. You shouldn't have used paypal VC.. there's likely no way you can get your money back... Argue it with them thats your best bet.

Yea, it's straightened out now. They told me to just send the thing back by using "RETURN TO SENDER". Read the quote above ^. If anyone can answer that, I would feel even more at ease. thx
