They say in the confirmation that you don't need to send back free trials.

Hydroderm Free Trial terms
Start your Free Trial now to receive a full supply of Hydroderm. If you enjoy this formula, simply do nothing. You will be billed the super low price at the end of your 30-day trial period… If, for ANY reason, you decide that Hydroderm is not for you, simply call our Customer Service Support at (888) 460-5888 [b10f2af0e8a]and return the unused portion. [/b10f2af0e8a] You will NEVER be billed.
I suggest sending them back.. unless you want an insane charge. You can do it online I believe.. just dump some of it out (i gave it to my mother in a shot glass) slap the RMA on envelope/box you're sending it back in and you should be good.

I called them specifically to ask this, and [b5cb47e813c]YES[/b5cb47e813c], u do have to send it back. They call their program a "deferred payment plan" (which is a bunch of shit IMO), so if you don't return it, u will be billed $50 or so...

Same exact thing happened to me FON. She was telling me about how she was using some wrinkle thing that came in, but I just thought she was talking about LifeDerma. So then I found it in the cabinet half empty...

They say unused portion...so they really have no way to police if you send back an empty bottle or not. Maybe if its empty I'll put something else in there and send it back, or just send it back empty - atleast then I'd have an argument )

A little water and shake. I might try that...
It doesnt matter if you send it back full...or completely empty.
Do you guys really think they are going to scrape out what you have left in the bottle, and reuse it?
Aside from some serious health issues

Well, Hydroderm just tried to charge my paypal debit today for $49.95. I did the offer back in April, cancelled the free trial program, but didnt send back the product. Sold the bottle on ebay for $39.99 (minus $1.25 shipping). That was before the new replies to this thread saying you gotta send it back =\. Oh well, if they do sucessfully charge my paypal (which, I think, paypal will let the charge go through after 3 denied charges), then i'm only out $12 or so + paypal ebay fees. Ouch. Could be worse. Could've just thrown it away and lost the entire $49.95.
Has anyone wrote to them and being able to stop them for charging the $49.95 without having to send the product back? I sent them an email but they replied with "oh the terms said you had to return the unused portion, and since its past the trial and the rma window, you cant return it now since you arent eligible for a refund."
