Interesting IP address tool

Here's an interesting IP address tool.

I guess a cool tool for free site owners to use to find how the person is getting refs - by local friends or by the internet.

It's probably really inaccurate for most people on private T1 networks and such; but for ISPs and universities and maybe major corporations, it's probably pretty accurate.

Actually its not acurate at all for me. Only goes to my main router which is all the way up in jersey city.

beats me.....its provided by my apt complex.

They probably rented a private T1 line or something like that.

Pretty cool considering it saves everyone $30 for DSL and the $1000/month for a T1 line is probably worth it for a large apt. complex.

I was kinda suprised that this site banner ad (adult friend finder) was saying find a "date" near my correct location and it was getting it right lately. Before it would think I was in Florida.

Easily done via proxy or IP mask.

I just wish I was special...

but I am too lazy.
