Anyone had this problem with video professor online?

I sent them an email to cancel and they later sent me one to tell me my account had been cancelled. I believed this since I was not able to log in into the site anymore. Well, yesterday I got an email saying thank you for your order and charged my credit card for one month. evil Has this happened to anyone else?

I'd call Video Professor to get it straightend out and if they refuse to revoke the charge then just call your credit card company and tell them that you have an unauthorized charge on your card.

I don't see why people are so scared to call the companies. Emailing is not reliable at all.

I emailed them because I don't have a land line and my cellphone is not working right now.

i wrote to customer service through e-mail a few days ago and was told id recieve a response to my question within 2 days. 3 days later and still no response, i called them (just as i saw this post actually), told them what was going on and they resolved my issue there an then......the customer service rep was the friendliest ive ever spoke with.

definitely call them as soon as you get the chance.

It was the EASIEST offer ever to cancel on the phone. Took about 10 seconds over all.
