Im planning on getting rid of my current credit card, and looking for a new one. I have heard of a credit card where you can set the limit that can be charged on it, and they are virtual credit cards or something like that, I figure they would be the best for doing offers like the ones on "free" sites. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in adnvance.

The card you're talking about that you can make virtual ones with one-time numbers and your own $ limit are MBNA cards. Goto mbna.com to apply for one.
