Can we just ban anyone who gives gmail invites as a trade. I mean we ban for people who put their links in their posts right. This is really getting out of hand. It usually is cominf from newbs tooo. They should read through the site and realize that this is just annoying. All we get from these offers is jokes and ridicule and its getting out of hand. If not ban someone for saying it then at least have a trap word for gmail invites.
Like gmail invites will be translated into Im really useless and cheap and all I have to offer is an invite that Im sure you can obtain yourself. Please excuse me for being so cheap.

Users can offer what they want for trade...if you don't want what they are offering, don't trade with that user ( They will quickly learn that offering gmail invites wont get them very far.

I agree with FON - if you don't like the terms, don't trade with the person. It's not terrible at all - there are a couple of similar trades lately. He/She can offer whatever they want for the green, and that's within the rules of the trading forum. If they don't get the results, hopefully they will change their terms, or give up.
After all, it's doesn't look good if we start bashing people's threads just because we [bcdcbcd2989]think[/bcdcbcd2989] the trade conditions are not good enough.

We do that anyways. If anyone post about gmail invites we strt bashing their post almost immediately. Never haveI seen in a gmailinvite post where someone steeped in and said stop bashing him, he can offer whatever he wants.

Well, that's wrong anyways )
But banning for offering gmail invites? That's too much I believe

Believe it or not, we can't moderate every single post on this forum...especially with the volume of posts made in the Trading Forum. If you feel an admin/mod should intervene, simply click the "Report Post" button...that's what it's there for.

Excellent point FON....the report button is not used as much as it should be.

I also agree with FON. You want to ban users who offer something small for a trade? How about we ban all those offering 5-10 dollars for a trade.

I hate when Fags offer worthless things for greens
"teheheh do freeipods and you get 4$ wow"
Its not something worth banning over but I think Gmail invites
should [b01f2c73933]DEFINETLY [/b01f2c73933]be a trap word.

What about the trap word then. Will be a good learning lesson for the newbs and that way mods wont have to intervene. The newb will reread his post and realize that gmail invites are not aceptable.

The "teheheh do freeipods and you get 4$ wow" aren't any less annoying than your constant re-posts of the same offer (which, unlike the prior, [if1158df993]is[/if1158df993] against the rules).....so you should probably keep your mouth shut here. You've got atleast 5 topics offering PayPal for iPodShuffles4Free.com referrals...each a day or two apart. You should learn to follow the already established rules before attempting to institute new ones.

Lol, that's a good point FON. I'm really sick of people complaining about the newbs, there will always be n00bs so get use to it and stop complaining to the Admin to change stuff. liEDITli And also, if you think the newbies are bad now, you should have seen what it was like when this site was first starting. There were locked posts everywhere.

Why are you bringing up old stuff? I learned my lesson and have been posting in the trade thread recently with much more restraint. Its obvious you and the other mods dont like the gmail invite trap idea so theres no point discussing it further roll

You said it yourself, you learned your lesson. So why shouldn't every other new user be afforded the opportunity to do the same? We could have went ahead and banned you for breaking the rules...but we didn't. Everyone here was a noob at some point, we just need to do what we can to help eachother out and progress as a community.

If we ban all potential noobs that break the rules, than our gratis site avaliability for trades would go down....
