Why did you call him. He has done nothing to you. Look at where you have gotten to in the last 2 days. You started as a potential free site network, which we were anxious for. But then you opened your month and now you sound more and more like a fraud.
CC40 was (as you claim) before your time. If you are telling the truth, then you have no reason to call him. Others want their money back or were extremely annoyed by him while he was here. Neither apply to you. The trouble you are having here has to do with your mouth and people seeing a commonality between you and CC40 (see the two reasons then realize that you have not had enough time to scam people).
I think you are trying way too hard to be cool/ liked/ whatever and in the process you are damaging any chance your site might have to be taken seriously.
Take Jake as an example; really cool guy, talks when he needs to, and keeps to what concerns him or Gratis.
