2 weeks isn't even the required 15 business days to send a support ticket to Gratis. You have no grounds to cancel those trades.

cool. so it will go green within 2days... better then 3 weeks...! it's better then to wait 30 days, and never go green... as yo all know gratis won't green it, if you'll not send a ticket(instant offer i mean that didn't go green in a first week.)

Why not be a big boy and list the email addresses of the people you are referring too?
Or better yet, why not contact each of them PRIVATELY.
