If i was to go buy a PSP at a retailer like Target or Best Buy or something like that or some other smaller chain, pay the money..then once i get my free one go return that free PSP i got with the receipt from the purchased one and get my cash back. Would this work out? I heard Wal-Mart doesnt really give a shit about that kind of stuff..

Wal_mart doesnt give a shit about a lot of stuff, but thats another topic.......i dont see any reason as to why it wouldnt work, provided that your reciept was still valid and the PSP was as you would find it buying it brand new.

That;s true. Anything! I went there during Christmas once and some lady returned dirty snowpants. They actually had dirt smears on them and the lady was like to her co-worker "These smell like shit!" LOL
