Summerforyou makes me sad (
I had this hideously long post typed out but I don't want to badmouth the site. Anyone doing this site? Basically it looks like I'll have to wait 2 months just for a gift when she's already been paid for me and my referrals offers. And she told me that if I send in anymore support ticket's they'll go unanswered. ?

What happened to the free sites that actually wanted to ship gifts out and be cordial to the people who make them money?

I just didn't have the funds to send out all 13 orders this month, I could only afford about half that (6).

There is nothing I can really do right now but promise you will get your gift and ship it overnight.

Nice to see you're here. I'm still sad though, I was really looking forward to that camera and didn't anticipate having to wait 2 months for it.

Not to knock you or anything, but did you not start out with capital to send out orders to people who you know you were being paid for the completion of their and their referrals offers?
And I did also think that it was very rude to tell someone that they could send you support tickets anymore. I was just trying to find out what was going on.

Yes I do, and unfortunately for Retro, there was just too many orders. I feel terrible, because I know how patient and nice she has been about this, but this is honestly out of my hands.

She is next on my list along with another user for being shipped. I had so many that completed it in a day or two and it built up really fast, and I had to go in order.

Edit for Retro I know, it is a long time, but congas really hurt sites like that. I had many completions from those. The reason I had to close all your support tickets was because I just get flooded, and I apologise if I came off brash. And no, I basically refuse to send from my own capital just because of how many offers get revoked, though I know yours were good.

Metareward might come at an awkward time, (I believe they ship per 45 days compared to the normal 30) so it may be sooner than anticipated.

I thought the point of capital was to send out gifts when you know that the offers weren't revoked. I'm not saying send before you know, but now since you know that my offers weren't revoked where's that capital now?
Please explain, in what you said it sounds like you're saying you have capital and you know that my offers weren't revoked, but you still won't actually use the capitol to send out gifts. In which case, it's not necessarily capital for your free site business.

I have capital for advertising, which I will be doing a lot of in the next coming month, which I think will smooth this sort of thing over, so I can ship month-round.

Right now it is a brand new site that I am trying to get off its feet, so things like this are bound to happen. I have users on hold whom are angry, I have a couple users whom definitely should have been shipped but I just couldn't afford it etc. This sort of thing just happens with new (and sometimes old) businesses alike )

The reason that you gave for refusing to send from your own capital was false then. You refuse to send because it's for advertising.

Maree, can you guarantee that I will get my gift? What happens if people starting defrauding the offers and they decide not to pay you in Aug.? Even though you've been paid for the offers my refs did will you decide to not send my gift? I am just wondering.

Also, thanks for your response, I would just like you to know that if anyone asks me about your site I will tell the truth. That they may have to wait up to 2 month for a gift and if they ask a question, they will get many different answers that don't go together. It's not that I am trying to badmouth your site, I am simply telling the truth. I will also tell them that their offers will be credited quickly and their support questions will be answered in a timely manner.

I wouldn't say I have given limanyli different answers. That seems a bit of a hyperbole...

Seriously though, advertising+just the fact that there is fraud is why I refuse to use my own money.

Yes you will get your gift, and in the off chance that all my leads turn into fraud, I will then ship out what needs to be shipped. But being logical, I don't see that happening.

And I definitely understand you "telling the truth" about my site. However I don't find it threatening (if that was your intent), since there will always be people unsatisifed. Pretty impossible for there not to be! For every unsatisifed person, there are 5 more who are satisifed.

And that is about all I have to say. )

GetIPod4Free is doing the same thing. I got screwed on STV day, got my green back within 24 hours, but apparently he shipped someone else's gift, leaving me to wait another month. All in all I will be in processing for a total of over 50 days on GetIPod4Free...

I'm signed up for that site through a trade. Since I just finished my dvds, I was going to start either this one or Get5Friends. But I think I'll do Get5, because I want that massive HD.

But we have to go in order, we can't put anyone before another person. I know it sucks, but until the offers start paying around $60 each, then this is going to be a problem for newer sites at first. We only get paid about $20-$25, so a site will come up a bit short at first.

Everyone will be caught up soon ) This IS my first month afterall so hey, it's going to be a bit rocky! D

I was a low order number (27) people got shipped up through like 40. One went red on STV day, and I got another green ASAP, within 24 hours. Then he tells me I have to wait another month... BS to me. He could have given me some kind of chance. As you can see, if he would have given me 24 hours, I would have been fine. But no, I was processing for 20+ days, now it will be another 30 days...

Ohh, I see, I think I read about this on another forum. Well, stuff like that I would hope is preventable ( A little notification when it comes to referrals is a very good thing...

My point again ) I am glad to see that people agree with me. Playing devil's advocate he probably would rather make me wait, see if he can DQ someone else, and try to keep me from finishing the site so he can get his money.

More like they are suppose to have the capital to pay for any ppl that finish. Excellent example will be Train's site. My idea is that if they dont have enough capital to do that they will never be a big/sucessful site.
