soft modding sucks, modchip is the best way to go. If your not a complete moron you can install it fine.
The Excuter 3, and 220gig HD were the best mods i ever did to any system.
(excuter - 50$ , 220gig hd 90$ (ebay))
also.....if you want a cheap non perminant mod that will decrease loading times by ~20% take a new harddrive cable and replace the one currently in the xbox. The one they include with stock xbox's is a slower cheaper cable.

I was order #71 so im assuming Im not the only one that was scammed.
The soft-mod is garbage, you can do so much more with a mod-chip. I was hoping to get the Xenium S.P. ICE chip
