I don't get why they're so special, why don't people just use the virtual paypal card?

well from looking at those epassporte things, they look like they would work for doing offers because they have the 3digit security code. yum

can u pay with paypal for them or do you have to use a CC? I don't see anything about paypal on their site, j/w.

also, when your balance hits $0, can u close your account and get a different card?

You have to be careful doing offers with an epassporte account. You will have to cancel the offer as soon as you can cause if you don't have money left in your epassporte account they will charge the amount owed to the company (such as Blockbuster or Stamps.com) on the credit card that you used to purchase it. Its not like a webcertificate where you won't get charged if you don't have any money left in your webcertificate account.

But you can give ePassportes as gifts too. What happens when a gift account is overcharged?

Get a MBNA card, you can go online and create an individual credit card number, with a maximum charge limit, and experation date etc.

I use it all of the time, works great.

Citibank cards allow virtual cards too. They have a great student card.
