	my friend doesnt fully trust this stuff and wants to use a debit card.  I sent him to 2 local malls which I thought were Simon, and apparently Simon sold those malls months ago.  So my question is which banks sell these things, and what kind of fees are good?

	You probably have to ask the guy behind the counter.. dude, theres this one guy at the 7-Eleven down the block.. I cant believe his name "money". I crack up everytime I see his nametag.

	Commerce banks hae prepaid visas.
they dont work on a signle offer tho. 
Ive had this $40 prepaid visa sitting here for months...
