My Brother just called me and said that Apple was recalling the batteries on the Ipod. He said they were giving a refund or a new battery because they don't last as long as they are advertised. Anyone know anything about this?
google Apple lawsuit. i think its like everyone who has a 1st -> 3rd generation ipod is entitled to a new battery courtesy of a $50 apple "gift" credit. meh, its old news if what i think you are talking about is what you are talking about
