Do you have to be banned to use the "Ban" avatar, or can anybody use it? I laugh every time I see that thing...

I have a banned avy that jumps upside down and flips back. It's kind of crazy.

If Strike is already using it, don't use it. I hate it when 2 users have the same avy.
