I still think the High Def CRT sets look way better than LCD and Plasma. I hate the motion blur effect that I have seen in both of them. I am trying to decide what HDTV to get to go with my xbox360 and I have heard horror stories of plasmas and LCD's not being able to keep up. Hmm, any thought?

Actually, I think DLP gives off the best HDTV picture... but you pay for it $$$.
LCD picture is horrible, I will never buy another LCD television ever.

DLP is gorgous, but its god awfully expensive and not as pretty as plasma.
My dad almost bought one, but then hiccupped and went for some projection thing.

What do you mean by pretty? The picture is better.

CRT is still the best (not familiar with DLP so...)
I've heard strange things that if you keep your LCD on a station with a logo in the corner for too long, the logo will actually be there forever? Like it burns in?
Does anyone know how common that is, and how long it takes to start seeing problems?

I'm trying to decide on what HDTV to get for my xbox360 and I want to go Plasma, DLP, or LCD but I don't think they can keep up without getting motion blur. Do I have to stick with a 30 inch Tube CRT or is there another option?

Well, they have 34" CRTs... the other options would be to get projection TVs. There are standard projection HDTV and DLP HDTVs. If you're really in the market head down to best buy and take a look at them. DLP is going to give you the best picture for oversized TVs, no framerate problems.
Gatita, burn in can happen on all models of TVs and Monitors. It's most common on Plasma TVs. I think I read somewhere that LCDs don't have a huge problem with burn in, and most DVD players have built in screen savers anyways. But just be careful watching HDTV sources, because the sharper the picture is the higher the chance of burn in.

I was going to buy the OLEVIA 32inch LCD but I may just go cheap and buy refurbed Philips 30 inch CRT HDTV. I haven't heard great things about them but it's half price what I was going to pay for an LCD.

I love my Philips 30 HDTV, but there are other options out now at the same price level, I was shopping at best buy the other day and saw about 10 30" HDTVs. The Philips does have slight picture issues... you get what you pay for.

The model number is lost to me, but its the one philips sells refurbed that doesn't have PIP. I believe they only sell 2 30 inch models refurbed. The picture isn't 720p capable, just 480p and 1080i, and even though I use monster cables I still see a few washed out lines going vertically through the picture, it's noticable but not enough to make me pay 100 more. Also, you can't watch 43 dvd's on the screen without it stretching the aspect ratio to 169. That just applys to dvds.
