Why can't I stop scamming retail stores P

I didn't start off wanting to scam staples but anyway heres another story..

I was looking for additional memory for the notebook I bought off ebay
I saw the type of memory i wanted at staples (PC2700 SODIMM 512MB)
But it was 129$ I only paid 400 for the laptop http//cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=6797724824&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1

so i sure as hell wasent gonna pay 129$ for memory.... I decided to use ebay to purchase the memory i saw for staples for less. I FOUND THE EXACT SAME MEMORY FOR ONLY 50$ http//cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=6799455272&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1

think im lucky saving big bucks? think again.... when the memory arrived the packaging looked like an 18 wheel truck ran over it.... ( the actual
memory itself looked fine though it was a bit bent... i bent it the opposite direction so it was straight and i stuck it in my laptop. WHAT A FUCKING SUPRISE shock it didnt work. My laptop keep turning itself on and off over and over again and i couldnt turn it off. I had to wait till the batter died to remove the faulty memory. After removing the new memory my laptop was runnign smoothly again. I paid for shipping insurance as well as for shipping so techincally i could have jsut complained to the seller and gotten my money back. But it would be a long process of contacting they guy shipping it back etc... THEN I GOT A BRILLIANT IDEA

Staples is run by a bunch of morons.... here is their return policy on electronics You can return the item for a FULL REFUND within 14 days if you are unsatisfied with it for ANY REASON with NO RESTOCKING FEE
So i went to staples on Wednesday and bought the memory for 129$
I put it in my laptop and IT WORKED PERFECTLY. Of course i made sure to open the package in the least invasive way possible to avoid suspicion.
I put the bad memory i bought in the nice new package and went to another staples nearby to return it. IT WENT FLAWLESSLY the manager was right behind the cashier at customer service and they didnt suspect a thing. They gave me my 129$ back and said THANK YOU. lol I left positive feedback for the guy who sold me the bad memory because no harm was done in the end

lol, i would still have given him negative feedback though. Or at least none at all.

thing is the seller didnt intend to sell me damaged memory. He shipped the thing in a thin envelope and im assuming the memory was damaged during shipping. Besides im hoping he will give me positive feedback so i build up my ebay rep also D

Well he's a dip for sending it in a thin envelope. Nice work on the 'trade' @ staples as well.

ask for him to give you positive feedback and then once hes done that give him negative. Or wait 59 days and on the 59th day give him negative feedback and he wont have a chacne to give u negative

Fraud can and should be pursued by the Police.

You realize you just screwed over someone else too right, besides Staples? Why wouldn't you just contact the seller, it's the sellers fault.

lol what a thought.... did you have to have a recipt?

Yeah i had to have a recipt. Staples normally wont accept a return without a recipt you would be given store credit. (As if i want to buy anything from that shite store....)

Why didn't I just contact the seller? That was my orignal course of action. After all I paid for shipping insurance.... but look at what i would have to go through.

1. Contact the seller and wait for response
2. Ship item back to seller and hope he wont just run off
3. Wait for seller to be compensated via the insurance before getting paid

Owning staples was much simpler and they deserved it....

Want another way to scam plenty of stores? (or at least walmart)

Buy something and leave. Have a friend come back with the bag and reciept in his pocket. Whatever you bought earlier your friend will put in bag. When they leave and the alarm things go off, show them the reciept and they let you out. Just make sure the reciept doesn't show the time of purchase on it and if it does...make sure the person checking the way out is old or retarded. I got 4 gamecube controllers for the price of 1 doing this. D

Thats just plain stealing. I wouldnt do that if i were you. The risks and consequences of using my techinques are MUCH lower than direct theft.

oh yes please master of morals teach us! what is right? and what is wrong? also what category does tricking someone into sending you a psp for your non exsistent "sick brother" fall into?

and actually bad returns is just another form of stealing as you are in fact "stealing money from that company" unless companys are just giving away money now and no one told me...

okay ready here is my next stupid attack since you asked. Actually if you read that whole thread you were the only one using the sick brother ploy to my knowledge everyone else was just using pictures of hot girls which you used in conjuction with the sick brother thing. The main differences being you were using peoples kindness and sympathy to your advantage everyone else was playing off of how shallow/horny those guys are.

Edit oh yeah the other huge difference you were ready and willing to have that guy ship you a psp for your "brother" everyone else was just getting greens(mostly yellows)
