lol remember saying at some point no matter how much info we give em. Noobs will always be noobs. Like reading English is a skill they apparently lack. Maybe the words are too difficult for them to digest. Maybe sentences and interpreting their meaning is just too much for us to ask for.

what are you talking about. I read perfectly fine. He said look in the stickied post which is about how to searchhhhh. I already searched and I was asking if a last name can put you on hold.

Collage = shared IP. He will get put on hold for sure.

No, but I'm saying that theres probably one other student at the collage with a freeipods account, so he will be put on hold. You basically can't do these sites from collages.

Plenty of people do it. They look and see if it's a static college IP, and see that you're different people.

The problem is when people from the same college are doing it for eachother.

If it's a big school than Gratis is going to know it's a college IP. When was the last time you heard anyone complain about getting put on hold because they were on a college network when they signed up?

How is having people from the same college doing offers for you a problem? Most of my referrals are from my friends since we do different sites for each other.

No, the problem is when two people in the same dorm room, or house attempt to complete the site (since they live in the same household). IP addresses are only ONE way Freepay looks for fraud.
