I just opened up my bank statement, and I have a $80 charge from videoprofessor. I THE C WORD EDITED OUT that shit months ago. I called up my bank to force a chargeback, but they have to check a bunch of things.

Dont worry about it..they did that to me and you can just talk to them online and they will reverse it if you send back the software unopened and whatnot

I bet they do that on purpose, hoping you ignore the charge (it happens when you charge a lot). A lot of companies do this, and VP is not exactly one of the most ethical companies out there...

Quickly and trackingly (ups,fedex,dhl)

They did the same thing to me. I wound up sending their auto-shipment back and got a refund in about a month. Again, they had no idea why that happened...

I'm not waiting a month for my damn money, I'm filing a complaint against them.

Why are you complaining. You never sent back the software like you were supposed to. They have every right to charge you. Send it back and they'll give you your money back (which they don't legally have to do). Problem solved. If you have a problem with companies charging you for what they say they are going to charge you than you should look into other options... because they exist.

I'm just a complainer. I forgot to explain the whole scenario - the product costs them maybe $.25 to print up the cd, which doesn't even have anything useful on it. $1 for the box, $2 for the shipping. They've charged me about 15 times now (I'm not even kidding, but most were denied) and yet they still charge me. This brings the total up to about $200 taken for this item.
THERE IS NO WAY THAT A FUCKING CD WITH FUCKING NOTHING ON IT COSTS $200.

I would think that even if I chose to keep the product, that they wouldn't charge me hundreds of dollars monthly for some complete bullcrap =\

instant credit.. got the cd, sent it back and they even refunded the shipping and handling
