So I was looking over OfferCentric's new design, and thought that the "More Free Stuff" drop-down was pretty damn sweet. Too bad they stole it from PriceGrabber...fucking bums. I've emailed PriceGrabber to give them a heads up, for some reason I doubt that its the same designer behind the two sites.

And the notebooks are aligned and facing the same direction. The iPod looks the same, except it's inverted and dockless.
And it's the same digital camera.

Oh noes they stole the same box. It is probaly the default one in like Frontpage or something, I doubt anything will happen. Nothing else is the same, the camera is probaly taken by the publisher and free to use anywhere. So even if it is the same, which it is turned differant, it wouldnt matter.

The iPod isn't cropped and flipped.. I don't think. It seems like if they flipped it, the silver backing wouldn't be showing where it currently is. It would be in the upper left at a different angle? I'm not sure though..

Not necessarily, if OC used PriceGrabber's work as a basis for their design and it is apparent in OC's design, they have infringed on PriceGrabber's rights.

For PriceGrabber Same background color code (#efefef), same exact drop shadow, same exact width, OC copied the iPod image

For OC Things like this are generally very difficut to prove, it is possible they used the same designer

I'm not saying that there is no possible infringement, I'm saying that if there is, it isn't worth the hassle to pursue.

We're talking about very generic graphics and content on the internet that likely can be found in many point and click creation programs or purchased via template. It will be extremely difficult for Pricegrabber to show infringement, let alone monetary loss. Additionally, if they didn't register that particular content with the US Copyright Office, they would be precluded from suing for monetary damages at all. The two companies are not direct competitors. In sum, even assuming that some infringement has occurred, it would not be worth the time or money to sue.
