arrghh...I tried to sign up for Pet Chews but it wouldn't take the 000 for CVC number ...I hit "submit" like 5 times and it kept saying that the transaction did not go through.
But I check in my Paypal account and they have like 15 dollars in pending charge. Will they charge me?
