Halloween is the best when you get to college. If someones having a decent party, or just go to the bars. The ladies are always half naked, and everyone has badass costumes

Halloween gives normal girls an excuse to be slutty. It was great on a big college campus. There were two guys dressed as Siegfried and Roy and one had big gashes in his neck and a stuffed tiger.
