this is the second one that's blown up in under a month...now I'm on a shitty 12 inch monitor....it was either that or a big one that was really blurry and out of color....=\

that sucks. i have yet to have a monitor blow up on me. what kind and brand of monitors were both of the ones that blew up?

my old 19" crt blew up. All of a sudden i heard a loud bang and smoke was coming out of my monitor. Lol the screen was still displaying fine though.

One was a Gateway2000 and the other was a Compaq S700. We've had both for about a year..
