What's exactly is the difference between this and a normal account? I was sent a payment that came from a credit card and said I couldn't accept it unless I upgraded. Since apparently it's free to upgrade, I went ahead and upgraded. So my question is, what's the point of upgrading? I noticed they charged a fee for my transaction, are they going to do this for every transaction now?

Yes you'll get charged everytime some sends you money. Premier is what you have to have to accept credit card payments, use more of their features etc.

I've always used premier, so I don't know what it would be like to not get fees.
Well merchent premium now, but I still get fees (and big ones too!)

I am Premire, and the fees do suck. But I use the PayPal Debit card and get 1% back on every purchase!
