Im 17 and havent been trick or treating for probably 5 years. If a group of 16 year olds come together they get no candy. A 16 year old by themselves with an 8 year old is fine.

The best thing to do on Halloween is get a bag of candy, get in your car and throw the candy at children as you drive by. Its fun for all ages.

you dont throw candy at little kids, like 12+ kids.
