If someone got a bunch of yellows, would it be considered spam to email them once and ask them if they were planning on doing an offer?

if you emailed them nicely and only once I don't think it would be spam.

its only spam if you put in the header "nude girls at ipods.freepay.com" or "consolodate your debt today!... at ipods.freepay.com"

I think you'll remain a wanna-be-moderator for a while with such an attitude.

[b041e93b00c]spam[/b041e93b00c] - Unsolicited e-mail, often of a commercial nature, sent indiscriminately to multiple mailing lists, individuals, or newsgroups; junk e-mail.

Then it [i708650beb9]would[/i708650beb9] be spam? I was thinking of sending something like,

"Hey,

I saw you signed up for freeipods.com, but haven't completed an offer. I was wondering if you were planning on completing one in the future or not.

Thanks.

Truly,
Ilan"

The keyword here is unsolicited, if they didn't ask you to send it it's spam...but in this situation, sending them all an email won't hurt. Just don't make it a habit.

Jolly good. I'll PM Jake and ask him to confirm; I would hate to get put on hold over something like this.

Tell them that you'd be willing to pay for the signup for the offer or something.

you may want to leave out the "or not" part. you just want to sign as nice as possible.
