SCREW TRAINN.. they are all bunch of idiots.. they screwed me in my ref.. i told them that i signed up for earthlink and my account name. with that im sure thats plenty of information. but then they told me no thats not enough information and cuz of that we wont credit the ref for you. fking bs..... and alan told me that i need to tell them when they contacted the advertiser...
[quote0a2579298b="Trainn-Alan"][quote0a2579298b="skittles711"]i think trainn's customer support just blows[/quote0a2579298b]
The reason why your offer completion hasn't been confirmed is because you gave us no information to reference when we contact the advertiser.
Alan[/quote0a2579298b]
I mean seriously how the hell are we suppose to know when you contacted them. since you contacted them, then you should know when you did it.
Also, the wait for responses on customer support is unreasonably long.
http//forum.freeipodguide.com/viewtopic.php?t=25657
Supposly they said they are hiring some new employees..only thing we could do is to wait to see if their response time will be better in the future... >.>

I fucking hate getting screwed in my ref, I cant sit for days. Anyways, trainn is looking to be the best freebie site out there next to freepay (my personal opinion is trainn is better). I think you need to get some patients, and actually tell them your problem, and they will help you.
I'm not much of a complainer but when I'm CERTAIN that a friend of mine did everything correctly and followed every single rule and STILL got DQ'd then that really bothers me.

I am awaiting approval on FlashIpods4Free, it's only been a few days though. I like trainn. Just because that it seems like they are not crediting quickly, doesn't mean that you should boycott them. The small percentage of people who don't get credit are the most vocal.
BTW Did you past your confirmation EMail in the Missing Credit Request.
And doesn't this belong in the Transcdent Innovation Forums?

Alan[/quote5da60ae2b0][/quote5da60ae2b0]
First off, are you an idiot? What they were stating was that you didn't give them any information to give the advertiser to check on your completion. Your email address isn't enough; they need copies of confirmation emails, etc. They weren't asking you to tell them when they contacted the advertiser, obviously you need to go back to the 5th grade.
Second, considering I run a fairly large incentive site, I know what I'm talking about when I say this sometimes offers just don't go in. It could be because the pixel didn't load, or the company already has your name somehow and doesn't consider you a new customer (remember, most offers you have to be a new customer). If you send the website your confirmation email, and completion information, they can try to contact the advertiser and see if that gets anywhere. Most of the time the advertiser doesn't even respond, but when they do, there's a slim chance that it will credit.
My advice to you? Do another offer. Big deal, your offer didn't go in, you're still getting a high-priced item for free or close to it.
HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
I can't fucking breath...
You either A) didn't enable your cookies and use IE or.. B) earthlink just isnt crediting.
This shit happens alot in the freebie world.. ive had to do two offers numerous times...

I've always gotten response from Trainn within 30 minutes, and one time actually kept replying back and forth until I was all figured out. Alan simply told him that he needed to give them information for them to send to the advertisers, which is true, and I don't see how that made him a jackass. Maybe you should learn to read.

You'd feel the same way TRAINN does if you had countless users not reading and just opening tickets with "WHY AM I NOT CREDITED HELP ME NOW PLEASE". If you follow the instructions the site has for requesting credit (TRAINN has the form), any decent site will do their best to get you credit, but sometimes there's nothing they can do. You really should be posting "BOYCOTT EARTHLINK" if you want to take that approach.

okay bad ass moderator.... first of all im reading what he wrote...if he meant that, he should explain more details. you're an idiot for expecting someone to get that from what he wrote, and please make a better insult than the 5th grade one. its lame and im sure everyone used that when they're pissed, it just shows how immature u are.
and im sure your incentive site is doing well by the way you respond to others. just remember the key to running a business is through good customer support, without that you wont have any regulars.
for example, freepay makes mistakes sometimes. not too long ago i completed my freepsp and they shipped me a slim ps2 instead.....so i was like wtf...i messeged jake, he said "don't worry everything would be taken care of." a day or two later, karen from gratisinternet emailed me and told me that they will pay for my shipping to ship it back. i asked them if they wanted any pictures, shipping weight or anything to prove that they shipped the wrong item. but surprisingly they said that i didn't need to and all i have to do is ship the ps2 back and once it is in transit they will go ahead and ship my psp.
so anyways...trainn have some problems but they don't put enough effort into resolving this....

You must be foreign because anyone with a simple grasp of the English language can understand what Alan meant.
English 101
"The reason why your offer completion hasn't been confirmed is because you gave us no information to reference when we contact the advertiser."
This sentence means that the reason they were unable to confirm the completion of the offer was because you didn't give them any information to use while contacting the advertiser.
It does NOT mean you did not give them information [b9a674a69a6]referencing[/b9a674a69a6] when they contacted the advertiser.
It DOES mean you did not give them any information to [b9a674a69a6]reference[/b9a674a69a6] when they contacted the advertiser.

Every freebie business is going to have it's downsides, especially with crediting. You aren't going to find a freebie site that gets credit 100% of the time to every referral. Get over it. Deal with it.

I wasn't telling you to blame it on anyone, but if you wanted to know who was at fault for the offer not crediting, it would be the advertiser, or the gateway they work with. TRAINN has no control over an offer crediting or not. You'd have that same problem if you did the offer on TRAINN or FreePay or any other site.

Sometimes being polite though the whole issue can help get things resolved much. much quicker. I have had a few issues with crediting, along with some of my refs. But after waiting the correct amount of time, I submitted a No Credit Request. Sure, it took a week or two to get credit, but hey, at least I did. I think if you keep your crediting issure between you an Trainn, it will help resolve your situation quicker. ;)
Also, I've said this many times, the crediting is automatic. The delay is the advertiser checking to see if you did the offer. Once it is confirmed that you completed your offer or not, it is sent back to Trainn. The list of greens is processed instantly.

Boycott or not i don't really care...im pretty sure once you get screwed over by some company you will have a uneasiness feeling on doing business with them again. i post this for a reason mabe trainn will look at it and see what their mistakes are and will get better in the future. but untill then i dont plan on doing their offers anymore.

Skittles711, There was really no need for this thread. You tried to get something going against Trainn, because you (which is obvious now) didn't give them anything to work with, but clearly it backfired.
There is no need for this thread to continue to stay open. You were in the wrong, not Trainn.
