Help - Websites

I'm retarded when it comes designing websites and whatnot, but basically I'm starting a site, not for informative reasons, or for free items, rather a site that I can hopefully jack some greens and yellows from. I just need help making simple things like having a picture so that when you click on it it brings you to a link. Basically I came up with a good idea that will most likely get me refs. PM me if you can just help me with some simple html and website pieces of information.

hey if you host a image in imageshack it'll give you all kinds of HTML options, but you'll have to replace the Image shack text w/ whatever u want it to link to...
