I'm pretty sure what they are doing is selling the units online on friday...then they will ship them on the 22nd....so it is available, just not in your hands by friday...

this is of course pure speculation on my part...

Well it depends on where you live/where they are shipping from. I've ordered from Circuit City online before and gotten it next day because they shipped from CA. I'll be ordering as many as I'm allowed if my 1st plan falls through...

see now circuit city is confusing me

they have it web only yet u can order anything u want on the web and pick it up in the store and if its not rdy in 24 minutes u get a 24$ gift card. so realy u could go pick it up in the store and when they dont give it to you they would have to give the 24$ gift card.

I have a friend that actually contacted Circuit City about this. This is what they said in response

"Circuit City will begin selling a limited supply of Xbox 360 bundles on
www.circuitcity.com beginning 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 18, 2005. These units will ship on 11/21/2005; customers who opt to pay extra for next-day delivery can do so to get their Xbox in their homes on 11/22/2005. We are not selling them earlier in our stores"

I remember when the PSPs came out they had trouble fufilling orders. I hope they got at least a few hundred. I finished about 2 weeks after the site launched.
