haha the amazon thing has to be an error. I wouldn't doubt someone will buy that for that price though. The Hollywood letters? If I was Bill Gates and that kind of money was like pennies to me, then I would buy it and put it on top of my personal movie theatre for decoration.

Actually bill gates doesn't have as much money as you think he does. Not to sya he doesn't have a lot of money, but most of his worth is in assets. If he tried to sell these assets (mainly stock in microsoft) it will flood the market making them worth nothing. Also, bill is no longer the richest man in the world...so bill gates is now just a wash up

Yeah, I know most of his money is in stock but he still has way more money than I think people can conceive. The Hollywood sign would be like pennies to him or maybe at most, dimes. He gives millions away to charities all the time so it is obvious he has a lot of money at his disposal at any given point of time.
