So I've gotten all of this shit I would like to sell via eBay. From keychains to hats to magazines. I was wondering how should I go about selling things. Is there a certain thing to assure someone buys your shit? Basically I'm a eBay newb looking for some helpful tips.

Start your auction at a penny. Only costs $0.25

you can start it at 99 cents and it'll still only cost $0.25 ^_^

I'll give you 1 tip. Most of your keychains, hats, and magazines most likely will not be worth the time to even list them. Search ebay for the item you're considering selling to see what the demand for it is. If there are 100 of the same item and none have bids, move on... If they're only selling for $2, I'd say move on. After ebay and Paypal fees, you'll hardly even pull a profit.

I agree Kev. eBays not really a good place to sell mass produced items. Especially because of what kev said, each item you sell will not gain much total revenue for you. Prolly better if you just setup an e-commerce site.

Setup a e-commerce site, and setup an account at ebay too. Then when you are selling at ebay, put your ecommerce site at your ebay auctions.
That way you can attract ppl to go to your site and sell stuff too.

another option i've seen is to sell all your junk together in one big "mystery auction"

Just search Mystery Auction on ebay and you'll see what I mean. =]

Could be a scammer. Only 33 feedback; one could get that in a week by selling junk.

And he's selling posters and shit as well as that. Not exactly high quality stuff.

He doesn't need to scam if some idiot is going to bid $3100 for $2000 (and that's being nice) worth of stuff. Then again, he could easily avoid paying the lower bidders (or have friends make those "first bids") since they'd have no ways to enforce this.
