I just bought a USB power adapter from eBay and the output rating shows..
DC 6.00 +- 0.20V
DC 180mA +- 30 mA
I was wondering if this is correct for charging an iPod.
The eBay listing stated that it is a 5V, but it looks like its a 6V...Is this a problem? I can't seem to find anything in layman terms online...too bad I'm a software guy with little hardware knowledge...
Thanks in advance for your help guys...

It'll work fine. The iPod has a component in it that allows it to charge on anything between 5-12v.
