Remember that L-L-LAPTOP I'm suppose to be getting that I ordered on the 6th?[=http//cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8733990181&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEBI%3AIT&rd=1]Remember that L-L-LAPTOP I'm suppose to be getting that I ordered on the 6th?

Well I [bbb439a2f9d][ibb439a2f9d]FINALLY[/ibb439a2f9d][/bbb439a2f9d] got a message from this guy... And he said that he just shipped the thing out today.

Beautiful... So then he goes on to tell me that if I leave him bad feedback, he'll leave me bad feedback. Isn't the feedback system on ebay wonderful?

I'm pretty pissed at this moron for ignoring my questions and then sending me a message about him shipping it out over a week later. And it pisses me off even more when he states that he'll leave me bad feedback if I leave him bad feedback.

I want to leave this guy bad feedback so much but I can't because I'll end up with bad feedback. Are there any ebay policies on this? When I bought this thing I instantly paid. And on top of all of this I'm probably gonna end up with a shell of a laptop.

Also, we should have an ebay message icon. P

Contact eBay and tell them that. You paid promptly and did nothing wrong and he took forever to ship and now he is blackmailing you. They should take actions against him. Don't let him win...

I think you should leave him negative feedback reguardless. Let other buyer's out there know so they won't have to suffer the same way you did.

Ebay RARELY removes negative feedback for any reason If you want to try, you can save all e-mails that make him look like he is harassing you and then send it to ebay.

On another note, if he does leave negative feedback, ebay WILL remove it if it has inappropriate remarks. Anything racial, profane, or post of private information such as addresses/phone numbers, ect will be removed if you ask. (For example, someone called me a 'stupid chink' on a comment and ebay removed it for being racial)

One thing I've learned from my years of ebay is to not care too much about my own feedback. You should never feel like you are being blackmailed with the threat of a mere negative. If he leaves a negative, who cares. You can always make a new screen name. (Ebay allows you to many as many screen names as you want) I already have like 5-7 SNs on ebay lol. If you are a seller on ebay, use a seperate SN to buy items, so you can always comment on how you felt the service went.

If you have any other questions, feel free to PM or AIM me =]

That's why I usually avoid most sellers. I go for Powersellers because they are dependable and can be trusted.

Lies. I had a powerseller with 100,000+ feedback give me a shitty, false item and give me a negative for a negative. I paid him the second I won, he sent a negative only because he I gave him one. He also cheated the return policy and eBay rules by selling an item for a dollar with shipping being inflated at 15.

Anyways, he has a whole forum dedicated to trying to get him kicked off eBay for scamming people, and it hasn't worked yet.

Yeah, forward that email to ebay. What he is doing is feedback extortion, and is against ebay rules. Maybe it'll get him banned, at least suspended.

I personally wouldn't buy from hidden feedback people since it pretty much means they are shady.

A) eBay already has policies in place against posting retaliatory feedback, if you feel you need to...leave him bad feedback. If he does the same, provide eBay with the "threat" (did he use the eBay messaging system or an outside email client?).

B) Power Sellers have special privileges regarding feedback removal

C) YAYYY I'm a Power Seller!

why are you freaking out about shipping the product 7 days later?
you should always assume a week between payment and shipping
i always try to ship within 3 days, but 7 is not a big deal

if you said it was 35 days or something, then yes i'd be pissed too, but 7's not a big deal roll

So far all the powersellers have been nice to me. I bought a psp screen protecter on ebay from a power seller. Instead of sending me the screen protecter, he had sent a wrong item which were plastic screen cover and rubber psp protector.

he sent me an email applogizing and sent the right package like after 2 days he had sent the wrong package. I got both of them and keep forgetting to return to sender the first package. P

I'm not exactly freaking out about that. It's just all of these things that he's doing are building up and they are starting to really piss me off.

You're right, 7 days isn't that bad, but lack of communication for 7 days and ignoring my questions made me mad.

I'll see what ebay has to say about this blackmail on their chat thing.

Anyone with common sense would fully check out a buyer/seller before they buy or sell anything, so even if you give him negative feedback, and respond to whatever he gives you, people will see that when they look at your feedback.

I would give him negative feedback.
