this kid should be reported im gonna almost gaurentee all 20 of those bids done by 0 feedback people who are the same person outbidding himself are him or a freind raising the auction price

how are these things going for 310$!!!

i can go to the apple store by me right now and buy like 10 nanos, and i will sell them on ebay if they are going for that price. i saw a few going for 270$ which would be breaking even almost cause its 250$ in stores with 15$ sales tax so u are paying 265$ thna u have ebay fee. so i guess its not worth it now that i think about it.

All the 0 feedback people registered today as well. Report him to eBay if you are so upset but I kinda blame it on the guy that set him max. bid at $310.

i dont care i was just hoing it was a legit 310$ sale cause i can nanos easily to sell for that price and it would be a nice way to make an extra few dollars

Shill bidding isn't right...but if your max bid is $310, that means you're willing and able to pay that. Some people don't have the time/facility to go out and buy things, so they are ready and willing to pay a bit over retail just for the convenience of it.
