So if you haven't checked out SD, chances are you didn't find out about this amazing deal.

Here's the scoop.

Allofmp3 is having a holiday 20% off sale for the rest of the year on deposits.

Now, to get that additional 10%, use the XROST method. It's really easy, it's like a paypal gift card... yea, so if you need anymore information, I'll try to provide, otherwise, just hit up SD. I'm too lazy to hotlink the thread right now, so go find it yourself.

[b1034a02c7d]OFFER HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL JAN. 14th 2006!![/b1034a02c7d]

orly?

No owl this time lol

We usually don't have Pepsi at my house, but I like Pepsi's non-Pepsi products better than Coke's (ie Mountain Dew, Sierra Mist).

i'm a big fan of emusic.com ... great music selection (constantly growing). it's very cheap considering the selection (their catalog contains music from many record labels that do not participate in other online music stores) and quality (high bitrate 192+ .. usually) of music available.

their reviews and recommendations are very helpful, you can easily find new music through cross-referenced entries. they also have a weekly "dozens" feature which is fun to sample new music.

finally, their software (the eMusic Download Manager) makes it very easy to download complete albums.

i've been a subscriber for about a year and i love it.

Premium membership costs $20 a month for 90 downloads. That's about $0.22 a track. If the album has less than 9 tracks... then, yes, it's less than $2 per album.

My favorite thing to do is search out albums with looooong tracks. There are many experimental albums which have just one 74 minute track. Like this http//www.emusic.com/album/10881/10881926.html

It all averages out in the end I think. Also, you can re-download music you've used credits on. Which is something that allofmp3.com does not allow you to do (to download again you have to repurchase).

I think it has a wide selection. I guess it would kinda depend on your taste in music.

I think if you sign up now you can get a month free just to try it out. They change the offers a lot though. When I signed up I didn't get a month free, instead I got 50 free downloads.

Me too. Everytime I click on "Order this album", nothing happens.

I've heard that they only charge you once your download finishes, so if your computer crashes in the middle of a download, you can restart it again for free.
