I haven't used it but I've heard it's legit...
We have a search feature you can find on the top right of the forums. It's really handy, and pretty much any question imagineable has been asked so it's really fast to find answers. Here ya go

You hit cash out and you don't get paid until the the 20th of the next month, that's if you hit cash out before the 30th. You don't get paid within 30 seconds what are you talking about? I cashed out with over 500 last month. It's pretty easy.

The problem is, they run tons of offers which shouldn't be on incentive websites. They'll soon be banned from all advertising networks and have no offers at all.

I just cashed out for the first time at Instant Profitz yesterday for $34 and didn't pay a cent.
srichter is probably right, a lot of their offers are shady, 99% of them are the no-CC and freebies ones. I'll probably be moving to FusionCash.
