LOST - Finally a freaking new episode

New LOST tonight, I'm excited! There's an hour of recaps beforehand. The producers probably think we've forgotten because it's been so long since a new ep ?

Michelle Rodriguez was great in that movie girlfight, but she always plays the same character in everything she does. I'd like to see her go at it with Kate (catfight), heh heh heh...

cant wait for this ep. its been so long since i had my lost fix.

i'm getting ready to watch it off my tivo...hopefully it's a good one! seems like every show is coming out with new episodes....lost...24 (yay! starts sunday!)...and a bunch of others i can't remember right now. sounds like a good week....

I have been watching them on the tv via my iPod. I love being a whole season behind, no waiting... untill I catch up.

horrible episode. Did nothing to explain the plot line except to show how the drug plane got on the island and how Ecko was involved in it. Love the irony that the same plane found its way to the same island. What else let me see.

Micheal will go crazy and demand guns next week. OOooh. Like no one saw that one coming.

Ok what the hell was that black ghost image and why didnt it attack Ecko. Is it the soul of his brother?

I love this episode, learning where these people are from, and the history of the second plane is another piece in the puzzle...not everything is instant pudding, sometimes you need to piece things together and be patient.

Well, as long as they don't expect me to believe a plane that size made it from Nigeria to the other side of the earth without a stop over somewhere I found that episode pretty cool.

Im waiting to see Ana Lucia in a swim suit. Seems as though I tend to feel more of a connection with the female characters on the show when they show off their bodies.

Ive seen enough episodes and have come to the assumption that the smoke is the defense system. But what the hell is the smoke is my question. Does it eat people? How was it created? Was it man made? Divinely made?

Ive just visited the lost forum and theres a theory that the black smoke formed into the black horse that Kate keeps seeing? They also think that Micheal is sick and isnt really typing into the screen. Who knows?

Hoepfeully next weeks epsiode has more REVELATIONS than this one.

bittorrent is extremely slow, but i'll take the link. i've never watched it so season 1 would be a good start ;)

I dont' believe we've actually seen the defense system kill people yet, but it's probably what killed the pilot in the pilot episode and we did see it drag lock for 1/4 mile and try and suck him down a hole.

It would make sense that the defense system is somehow tied to those that created the hatch or hatches on the island.

I doubt it created that horse though.

if you looked at the cloud closely, you could see images of like people inside it. Eko is my favorite character by far though.

Great episode, but it was predictable that Charlie was storing crack like a squirrel prepares for winter. And that Claire would dump him - she's been looking for an excuse for a while. Not that I blame her, Charlie is annoying as a character.

Michael is being quite the idiot if he thinks he's talking to Walt, or at least that Walt is not being forced to type by the Others. So next week he goes commando roll

Yes, the big theory is that the cloud, the "defense system", is psychic somehow, and adapts to the person it is currently dealing with. I like to further speculate that Mr. Eko truly had no fear and that caused the system to leave him alone.

Perhaps it searches your mind for your worst fear of death, and Mr Eko clearly does not fear death.

I thought it was cool. I mean there are polar bears on the island so this show isn't based in reality. I'm glad it was something cool and new instead of being a dinosaur or something lame...

Seems to me that Walt is creating the polar bears from some power he has, but thats not quite reality either is it.

I like charlie as a character, his comic relief has a more realistic nature than Hurleys.

Well I thought that about Walt to but when Sayid gets captured but Danielle she mentions the bears like she knows about them and they've been there for a while. I thought maybe Danielle and her crew we on an expedition and they were sailing back with some animals when they crashed...

Thats not a spoiler. Its a theory. No one knows what's up with Walt but it seems like hes got some crazy psychic stuff going on.

I am really starting to dislike Charlie and I wasnt liking Eko until the end when he redeemed himself...awesome episode, but there are things that I wish they did more of, I mean, the whole thing with Michael...he hasnt done anything, and we know nothing new....

Well, as far as Michael, there is another theory being tossed around that he has become infected with "the sickness". And that in reality he's not conversing with anyone on the computer at all. Take Wednesday night - when Jack came in to talk to him and went around the back of the comp, it was blank. That computer is really old and I don't think computers of that age have a 25 second screen saver... Then of course next week he goes nuts.

I think he is losing it too. I think this is how the others get more converts...

I don't think so cuz of the film that eko gave locke....the film telling them not to use the comp for anything OTHER than putting in the numbers. i think he actually is using it for communication, but the dharma or whoever knew that this could be dangerous so they tried to warn them about using the computer this way. i don't think michael is sick or that he is not actually talking with someone.

did u notice that both times he chatted with "Walt", he was not the one to start the conversations? both times there was already a message up and all michael did was respond to it. that's why he also traded shifts with kate, he wanted to be the one to be down there at the computer next time a message came up.

as for when jack came down and the blank screen...i dunno. i'll get back when i think of something. for know i'm tired and i don't feel lik posting right now
