Help....I beg of you!!!

HUGE story...bought 360 xbox, sold it on ebay, and sent it to someone in Arizona. The man filed a dispute because he thought the shipping took to long and the tracking number did not work for some reason because it was sent from a Hartigs. So paypal was forced to refund the man and i am sitting here without $400 and a statement and piece of paper signed by the buyer's wife to show it has finally delivered. He is denieing this....


What do i do?? Threaten small claims....Call paypal and hope they can deal with an extreme case like this....or contact ebay and hope they can help...I...unfortunatly have already left him feedback because i was told by one man at the post office that there is no possible way it could show up. WHAT NOW??

But anyway. Call paypal. eBay can't do anything. If anything threaten small claims court; that always scares people, and he will most defiantely lose. Paypal probably won't be able to handle it. The USPS might be able to do something, I'm not sure.

u dont have a tracking number?
with that and ur paypal transaction record, u should be okay, along with ebay's record of the auction......dont see why u have a problem.

u sold an xbox360 for 400$? i would send paypal the delivery confirmation sheet and they can match up the infromation if they wanted. does he have high feedback on ebay, negative feedback will get him to react.

I did withdrawl about half...then i went negative with the rest....They took the rest out of my bank account....

He has 51 feedback but i already left feedback for him sending the money due to the postal worker telling me that there was no way this tracking number would just APPEAR and work all of the sudden. LIKE IT DID....I guess i went a little premature with everything.

His phone number on his contact information is not his actual number. In one email he said that was his old home phone or whatever he said.

I can have a print tomorow from USPS which says it was indeed delivered and the signature of the buyers wife. With this im mostly sure that i can take him to small claims.

What kind of fee goes with small claims. Also what happens since we have so much distance between us.....Iowa to Arizona.....??

Ya....Tracking number still does not work so i will have to try an option of faxing them the sheet which shows signature and all which i recieved from USPS...... Sadly i am one of those paypal only type peoples....Im gonna call paypal tomorow and see what they say about it all...well see...thanx thus far tho people...!!!!

so far kidd wins with the best solution, not to mention, u still have the potential to win the paypal resolution, believe me that guy wont fuck anyone over again. and his wife will have kidds friends baby )
