Hey i just won this xbox 360 auction

and i looked at the sellers feedback and he hasnt sold anything on ebay for 3 years and now he is selling this xbox 360...lol should i jsut go ahead and pay him or...do what?

Pay with PayPal so you can file a claim if he scams you.

Pay with CC based Paypal and file a complaint with paypal and then your credit card company if need-be.

i would probably trust it.... there is nothing ambiguous in the description... it seems to be pretty straightforward, "this is what you are getting"
some sellers were very obvious about the fact that they were selling empty boxes, only to have angry buyers try to report them... the buyers didnt have a foot to stand on due to how obvious the description was. however, with this one, if you DO get scammed, you would more than likely be able to fight it due to the fact the fact that the guy said you are bidding on a factory sealed xbox.
