earlier on this month, I was too slow, and I didn't cancel my Red Blossom trial, so I got charged. I sold the pills, and didn't take a big hit. No biggy. I called them first of course, and they told me I had to cancel within the 14 days and I was not entitled to a refund. Oh well, no biggy.
I called again to cancel a different offer, no problem, I cancelled it, sent it back, got confirmation, no charge. Was pleased. On this call I said "could you check to see that I cancelled my other offers with you guys?" The lady said "yes, your red blossom was cancelled" (and she said something else was cancelled.
I just got an email saying it's been a month since I got my red blossom trial and that I'm being charged $84.99 or whatever for it. Sure enough on my bank online statement, it says that. How do I get a credit QUICKLY? I can't afford to wait too long and send a ton of correspondence with the attorney general. I'm gonna call the bank and tell them it's unauthorized (because it IS, i paid for the pills they sent me, and then cancelled) I'm gonna call them, but I know they're gonna give me the run around.
Has anyone had this same problem, and what did you do?

i had a problem with them a while back, only that saved me was my delivery confirmation thank gosh, they credited back pretty quickly though.

THis was before i knew about epassporte...fucking bullshit...I CALLED them twice and this...I'm too busy for this, and it's getting to the point where it's not worth the ipod

well, 1800 patches refunds you in....store credit if it's after the 14 day trial period. I accidentally cancelled on day 15 and got charged, but sold it alright, and wasn't too concerned. I even confirmed the cancel, and still got charged.
I called today, he said first that he could issue store credit.
I told him I cancelled on the 14th day (2nd friday in January)
I said I wanted a full refund
He talked to his supervisor, told me he could give me 75%
Told him that I didn't even ask for the autoshipment to continue
He gave me 100%. I felt like being a nice guy, so I agreed to ship it out of my pocket.
Just show perserverence and you'll get your way!
