'New PM' RSS Feed for google?

I am trying to set up the rss feed for new PM's in googles customized home page (http//www.google.com/ig). But can't seem to get it to work.

Heres what I do

Click the RSS Feed Link at the top of the inbox page. I am prompted to enter user name and password.

The next screen loaded is the rss/xml code. So I copy and paste the URL (http//forum.freeipodguide.com/pm_rss.php?login) and paste in the 'Create a section' part of google. But google says its not found.

What am I doing wrong? How do I properly set thisup?

HOWEVER, onto another question...

What is the security of this if I use in google? Can anyone somehow retreive my password after I set up the feed?
