flash decoder type thing?

There was a guy a while ago who helped me get .flvurl==http://=http:///url files off of a flash website. he said he used some free flash decoder to go through the site and find where the files were hosted.

Does anyone know where I can get one of these, and briefly explain how to use it? It would be really nice, thanks O

there's something called flashgrabber or flashcatcher. I used to have it, but I used it like once.

I think it lets you see the source, but I'm unsure. It takes flash files and lets you download them to your HDD.
