Hey alright, so i heard about the thing where you can swap an unopened 30 GB video ipod with a 60 GB after pying $100. I was wondering if you could do the same with 2 GB nano to 4 GB nano. Anyone know? How much? How would i go about doing this, any links or another, well if you could walk me through thanks, ill + karma the best, thanks

The easiest way to exchange an Apple product is to go to an Apple Store with the unopened item. Tell them you received the item as a gift and would like to return the item (2GB Nano) and exchange it for a 4GB Nano. You'll pay the difference in cost between the two items. You can discount the difference in price by using the Student discount (if you qualify).

Not all Apple stores accept returns if the item wasn't bought there. It depends on store policy.

actually depends on the sales rep ur dealing with.
they interpert the policy a different way i know which guys to avoid at my local apple store
