When i got my 500 dollar giftcard from CIP today I was pretty excited
despite the fact that i was probably gonna save the money rather than get anything cool with it. I think the problem is after getting so much free stuff, buying high end products, even with FREE money is though cry
So what do you guys prefer cash or stuff?

High end stuff, because I would never buy anything high end with money. I'd probably just buy several small things.

For me I'm currently losing money to freebie sites. I have so much money pending. $275 from get6friends (4 out of 6) ? $250 from flashipods4free (4/5) $300 giftcards.freepay (4/5) and I'm halfway done with PS3 and digitalcameras.

Cash is usually faster, and I prefer buying whatever I want myself. Only when the paypal option pays out less (such as on get6friends) do I choose the gift, or when paypal isn't offered at all.

I know cash is a great thing to get, but it really doesn't make me feel as good as actually getting a real item because I know that I have a 10% chance of actually using my money for something that is actually fun.

That's true; usually if it's something I want then I prefer it, but if it's a third iPod or something I'd have preferred the cash. shrug

I'm just glad to hear you got your CIP $500 GC... I've been waiting on mine for quite a while now. Mail is slow around here so hopefully I'll get it this week.
As for the question, I tend to "spend" freesite money before I get it. My last freesite payment ($250 PSPs4Free PayPal) went straight to the credit card bill. I don't really have any use for any high end electronics beyond the ones I have now, so I tend to prefer cash since anything tangible is going to get ebayed quickly.

It depends, some items I would like to keep, other times I would just rather have the cash.

Hey, get the cash if you mind paying for the item with the cash, or finding it for a cheaper price then getting the extra money. Or do that if you just want the cash, and want to pay for some other stuff.
